Ⅱ.Apartment cleaning – once in three months (For furnished apartments)

Ⅲ.Co-ordination of all repairs inside the apartment at actual cost.

Ⅳ. Assistance in obtaining revenue, registration and Corporation certificates pertaining to the apartment.
