Since the pandemic survival measures demand us to stay indoors as much as possible, people are obviously missing out on the fun of heading outdoors and getting a breath of fresh air. In such a scenario, a homebuyer would look for a property that allows light and breeze to sweep in. Homes with open spaces and balconies would surely be a buyer’s favourite since a refreshing ambience would be on top of their priority list. But a breath of fresh air isn’t enough. You also need all the amenities right at your fingertips to make life a whole lot easier. So homebuyers tend to prefer homes or apartments that are well furnished and instilled with all the facilities that one needs. In short, the trends in home buying would now be influenced by the ‘new normal’ and the pandemic affected lifestyle.
